Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first.

Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
